In March of 2016 notifications were posted throughout the hallways of our rehearsal space of 4 years informing all tenants that the building had been sold. We had less than 2 months to make like a tree and leave. These live demos are a document of our last time ever playing in rehearsal space #1 in the building formerly known as Flood Music Studios.
